San Francisco’s only Vaudeville Variety Show!!

Hush Hush Revue is steeped in tradition. It is a throwback to when times were much different. Mob Rule was in effect. Cops still walked the beat. The Blue Plate Special cost you a dime. Vaudeville was huge, but that was for the blue collar working class folks. I wanted to create a show that would take the audience back in time to a place where Vaudeville and Burlesque performers went AFTER they finished their shows. A place where the hooch was strong and the band was hoppin'. A place where you had to know a password to get by the goons at the front door. Sure...the performer's made their scratch on the circuit...but they made their folding money in joints like this.

Hush Hush Revue is the second incarnation of my pursuit. My first was Dirty Little Secret. We performed for over a year to sold out houses at the Plush Room in San Francisco. Times being what they are, the venue has changed hands and direction. As I was looking for a new home for DLS, the calls for corporate bookings came rolling in. One thing stood out from all of those calls; "...is it really DIRTY?" My obvious answer was no. After trying to explain the name to people and allay their fears of this being a "raunchy nightclub act", it struck me that it might be easier just to change the name. So...Hush Hush Revue was born.

Hush Hush Revue is the creme de la creme of Variety Shows. It is a fully realized and produced spectacle! An exceptional cast of some of the Nation's best performers, a swingin' 4 piece band, and one larger than life, uber-talented host are what make Hush Hush Revue a success. The audiences are what make it the best damned show around!
